Therapist led support groups
Each of the following groups is to build a community and support as you move through your journey of recovery and growth. We limit each group to 10 people. When 3 or more sign up we will schedule a weekly group.
These groups cover principles in recovery more indepth and personal to the needs of the group.
Our anxiety support groups will help build skills to manage stress and anxiety which often triggers trouble in recovery efforts.
Traumas from our past can be the frustrating root to many of our triggers. In these groups you will learn how to cope and process your past to more to the future.
Addictions do a number on relationships or can be shared in the relationship. These groups will be limited to 5 couples and geared to help negotiate and open communication for a better relationship and easier recovery.
